Our mission is to provide a supportive, accessible, and welcoming space where individuals of all ages and abilities can participate, express themselves, and experience the joy of creativity.
These uplifting workshops offer people of all ages and abilities the chance to express themselves through music. Participants can explore rhythm, percussion, instruments, group singing, and movement in a relaxed, inclusive setting.

Join our inclusive choir every Wednesday 2pm - 3.30pm. Designed for all abilities to enjoy singing and socialising. Light refreshments provided afterwards with time for a chat. The choir performs at events from time to time and is currently involved in a shared island project, with The Forget Me Nots in Dublin.
